Most
of the chapters in this book consist of articles which have been published
in various theological journals over the years. Some of the articles
are on a somewhat popular level, others are intended to be much more
scholarly. All, however, should be of benefit and profit to the pastor,
the theological student and biblically literate layman. It is with
that in mind that they are gathered together here in this volume.
The author does not hesitate to affirm that he is fully persuaded to the truth of the "Doctrines of God's Grace" as set forth in biblical Calvinism and the presuppositional apologetics of Cornelius Van Til, to whom he is very much indebted. It is in the light of these truths that each article is written. |
